Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of PAAI. Please review them with your own legal advisor and confirm the operator and pricing details before launch.

1. The agreement

By creating an account you agree to these terms. PAAI is operated by AOM Legacy. If you are signing up on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.

2. The service

PAAI turns spoken instructions into assigned, scheduled tasks and sends reminders and reports. Features may change or be improved over time. We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

3. Free trial

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial. A payment card is collected up front and is only charged when the trial ends. When the trial ends, task capture is paused until you subscribe. Your existing data is kept and becomes fully usable again as soon as a subscription is active.

4. Subscription and payment

• Subscriptions are billed per seat, in advance, on a recurring monthly basis.
• Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
• Prices are shown at checkout. We will give at least 30 days' notice by email before any price change affecting your plan.
• Failed payments may result in access being suspended until the balance is settled.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from the billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. Except where consumer law requires otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable.

6. Your responsibilities

• Keep your login credentials confidential and tell us promptly about any unauthorised access.
• Only add staff details you are permitted to record and process.
• Do not use PAAI for unlawful, abusive or harmful purposes, to store special-category personal data, or to interfere with the service or other users.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell or scrape the service without written permission.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of everything you put into PAAI. You grant us the limited licence needed to host, process and display that content in order to deliver the service. You can export your data or delete your account at any time from Settings.

8. Voice and AI processing

Voice input is transcribed by a third-party provider and interpreted automatically. Speech recognition and task parsing are not perfect. Always review captured tasks before relying on them for safety-critical or compliance-critical work.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, or where required by law. Where practical we will give notice and an opportunity to fix the problem first.

10. Liability

The service is provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Changes to these terms

We will notify account holders by email of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use PAAI after that date means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
